Accessibility
The careers portal should be usable by everyone. This page explains how far that works and whom to contact when something does not.
Status
The portal is developed to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA (EN 301 549). An independent audit is still pending; the statements on this page are a self-assessment.
What makes it easier to use
- All pages and the application form can be operated entirely by keyboard. The focus is always visible, and the order follows the content.
- Errors appear at the field and collected above the form, with a jump to the field concerned.
- Colours and contrast follow level AA. The portal follows the light or dark setting of the device.
- The pages are marked up for screen readers and can be enlarged up to 200 percent, also on a phone.
- There is no time limit in the form. A CV is not required: an application also works without a file.
- Anyone who needs support during the process, such as subtitles or more time in the interview, can say so, optionally.
Known limitations
Documents are accepted as PDF. Anyone who cannot create a PDF file writes to the contact person of the position, and another way will be found. Uploaded documents themselves are not part of this statement.
Report a barrier
Anyone who runs into a barrier or needs content in another form writes to the contact person in the job posting or to the following contact.
The accessibility contact has not been entered yet. The operator of this portal adds it before launch through the setting PORTAL_IMPRINT_TEXT.
